Inevitable Inevitability

The clock keeps ticking.

The sun comes up.

The alarm goes off.

And I’m getting older.

It is an inevitable inevitability.

And the alternative–well, it’s already decided.

I know where I’ve been and I can only imagine what tomorrow might bring.

And I need to embrace it.
